Raspberry Chocolate Cheesecake Smoothie

This smoothly is so delicious and decadent, it will satisfy your sweet tooth.  Cacao is a healthier alternative to chocolate and  is rich in resveratrol (an antioxidant to help protect the heart), and minerals such as magnesium and iron, calcium, zinc.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey protein
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • water for desired consistency
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

Instructions
  1. Soak cashews in water for about 30 minutes to 1 hour; drain. Add all ingredients except cacao nibs in a blender. Blend for 30-60 seconds, until smooth. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cacao nibs.

Can substitute a vanilla plant based protein instead of whey to make it vegan and dairy free
