Ingredients
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 portion (0.4 oz) pumpkin seeds
  • 0.3 portion (0.3 oz) Hazelnut
  • 1 portion (0.5 oz) Almonds
  • 3 small Strawberries
  • 5 0.4 oz Raspberries 5 (0.4 oz)
  • 1/2 tbsp Syrups

Instructions
  1. Add berries, nuts, and seeds to the yogurt and sprinkle with small amount of maple syrup.
Recipe Notes

Can be served with a dash of pure cocoa powder or cinnamon on top. Choose an unsweetened greek yogurt made with whole milk.
